Sold Out! Valentine's Baking Masterclass 2017
Monday 13th February 2017
6.30pm - 9.30pm, Acorn House, King's Cross
Create your own loving pastries whilst enjoying a glass or two of prosecco under the tuition of expert baker and pastry chef, Philippa Munro.
Perhaps you are a budding baker keen to hone your skills, or perhaps you would like to bake something special for a loved one this Valentine's Day. Or together with your loved one....? Or perhaps this is that special Christmas present you have been looking for?
Over the course of the evening, you will make three delicious pastries of your own using a variety of techniques: mini eclairs (choux pastry), raspberry hearts (shortbread) and chocolate cupcakes. You can enjoy these on the evening with your prosecco or take them away for Valentine's.
Philippa Munro trained at Leiths School of Food and Wine, where she later taught, and has worked as a chef and cookery teacher for 30 years. She has owned a delicatessen and a catering company and, most recently, devised and opened a very successful cookery department in a leading public school. She is a founder of the Talltree Chocolate company.
Tickets are just £40 - exceptionally good value for a course of this quality! There are only 10 places available, so make sure you don't miss out.
You can book your ticket here and, of course, all proceeds will be donated to the Food Chain.
If you are buying this as a gift, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a personalised gift voucher.
