The Food Chain is a unique charity that exists to support people living with HIV in London to access good nutrition. We deliver groceries, offer cookery and nutrition classes and communal eating opportunities to service users and their dependents. Hundreds of volunteers have already been inspired to deliver our practical nutrition support services and now we have an opportunity to join our small staff team.
You will use your excellent organisational skills and knowledge of either nutrition or HIV to coordinate, monitor and develop outcome based services that address the barriers people living with HIV in London face when accessing appropriate nutrition (economic, health, psychosocial or lack of knowledge and skills). You will provide practical support to help individuals and their families to improve their situation so they can get well, stay well and live independently of The Food Chain’s support.
