Red Snapper Events win ISES Caterer of the Year 2008 - Congratulations!

A long term supporter of The Food Chain, Red Snapper Events, has been named Caterer of the year by the International Special Events Society. The accolade recognises the high levels of expertise, customer service and meticulous planning of the Red Snapper Events brand.

Red Snapper generously provides The Food Chain with our Bermondsey kitchen every Sunday and also have provided their kitchen and office space for our Lead Cooks Day. They have also donated numerous gifts-in-kind to The Food Chain Fundraising Events.

The ISES awards took place on Thursday July 10th at The Grange City Hotel as part of the ISES 2008 summer party. Red Snapper Events fought off competition from other high end caterers to win the coveted award.

This year they have catered many A-list events and worked alongside clients including Aston Martin, Innocent and the S.Pellegrino World’s 50 Best Restaurant Awards, as well as being the 2008 official caterers for Ian Fleming’s Bond Bound Exhibition.
