Boutique, London bakery, Konditor & Cook has teamed up with some of the UK’s top creative minds and is launching a limited edition collection of Cakes by Creatives, with 50p from each going to The Food Chain.

Designers, an architect, a florist and even a pop star have all got involved in designing Cakes by Creatives. Each ‘creative’ has designed the decorative icing on three cakes – all three by each ‘creative’ will be sold for a limited period of two months at each of the five Konditor & Cook locations.

Cakes by Creatives will be available the following months:

APRIL & MAY
Internationally known, London-based florist PAULA PRYKE has designed fresh, floral-inspired cakes. Prepare for coos of delight when you bring these to a Spring tea party.

JUNE & JULY
Mercury Music Prize winning Mancunian pop star, BADLY DRAWN BOY has designed a set of retro-inspired lucky cakes, featuring jackpot cherries, a horseshoe and a four-leaf clover…pure star quality.

AUGUST & SEPTEMBER
Product and interior designer to the likes of model Erin O’Conner and Konditor & Cook at the Curzon Soho, SUZY HOODLESS has chosen modern graphics of furniture set against a muted palette of colours for her cakes. A perfect way to celebrate London Design Festival.

OCTOBER & NOVEMBER
Iconic designer of fashion, home furnishings and accessories CELIA BIRTWELL has used a tiny tartan heart as the basis of her range for Konditor & Cook. A true Autumnal treat by a British design legend.

DECEMBER & JANUARY
Award-winning architect favoured by the Frieze Art Fair and The Tate, JAMIE FOBERT has boldly designed cakes by slicing angles into their normally square shapes. These edible works of art are an homage to Barbara Hepworth. Jamie was also the architect for Konditor & Cook at the Gherkin.
