At lead cooks day last week the Food Chain launched the Ian Craddock Cook Book. The new on-line resource, named in memory of a Food Chain lead cook, is public-access, but is specifically designed to support lead cooks and advise service users. All the recipes have been analysed by the nutrition committee and contain detailed nutrition information. Recipes can be sorted by meal type, cuisine, course and dietary need.

It is a bank of recipes that we want to contribute to week by week, and we are asking volunteers, lead cooks, patrons and celebrities to add their recipes and get their photo taken to accompany their work.
