Vegetarian Meal Study
Our nutrition committee is currently looking at the vegetarian meals we provide for our service users. Any cooks who have cooked vegetarian meals in the last six months, or will in the next 3 months, are requested to send meal information to Jody Harris, or to the office FAO Jody Harris info@foodchain.org.uk.
Information should include: Recipes, including weights of individual ingredients where possible, for both vegetarian main and light meals.
Please also include the details of the equivalent meat dishes prepared on the day so that the nutrition content may be compared.
Individual names of cooks need not be included - this is not a test, just a way for the Food Chain to monitor that all service users are getting the best possible care.
