UK AIDS Memorial Quilt panels on display in Westminster
UK AIDS MEMORIAL QUILT CONSERVATION PARTNERSHIP
This year a number of the UK AIDS Memorial Quilt panels will be on public display in Westminster Hall.
Part of the exhibition “People and Parliament: Remembering 30 Years of HIV and AIDS”, the panels will be on display from Monday 27th November – Saturday 2nd December 2017
We are looking for volunteers to be present during the exhibition to help explain the background to the Quilt. If you can spare an hour or two during that week to see the panels and take on this volunteer role, please do get in touch with Anna.Brewster@foodchain.org.uk who will be able to tell you more and sign you up for a shift at a time that works for you.
Please spread the word far and wide about the exhibition and this volunteering opportunity.
Entrance to Westminster Hall is free and open to all on Monday – Saturday, 9am – 5pm
Enter by the Cromwell Green visitor entrance.
