Sainsbury’s Christmas Hamper Donation Day
For the third year running, Sainsbury’s is supporting The Food Chain at Christmas time.
On Saturday 12 December we’ll be at Sainsbury’s Angel between 10am – 5pm asking shoppers to buy a couple of extra items to donate to The Food Chain.
We’ll use the items to make festive hampers for anyone attending Eating Together on Boxing Day and to boost our dried good stores.
If you have a car and can help to cart our haul back to the kitchen at the end of the day, then please contact Fran by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you’d like to donate some items, then please pop along to Sainsbury’s Angel on Sunday 12th or bring your donations to the kitchen before 24 December.
Please click here to see a list of food items we're looking for.
We also would like:

Net of satsumas - only if in date on 27 Dec
Mince Pies - only if in date on 27 Dec
Christmas Volunteering - We are co-hosting a festive lunch on Christmas Day at the Positive East Centre in Stepney Green.
