Fat Free Mayonnaise

3 tbsp thick Greek style natural yoghurt.
3 tbsp firm tofu or non fat soft cheese.
1 egg, hard boiled.
1 tbsp dijon mustard.
One small garlic clove.
Pepper to taste.
1) Hand blend all the ingredients until you obtain a creamy mayonnaise consistency.
2) Place in a jar to rest on the fridge until is set.
You can chop a few gherkins and capers and adding them to the mix to obtain a great fat free tartar sauce, or
add a 1½ tsp of curry powder and mix well stir into cook chicken for a healthy coronation chicken.
