Fruity Flapjacks

Ingredients

50g Butter
35g Golden syrup
35g Soft brown sugar
110g Rolled oats
65g Mixed dried fruit

Method

Set oven to 180 C.
Put butter, syrup and sugar in a saucepan over a low heat until melted.
Mix in the oats and the mixed fruit well.
Split mixture in half put in foil dish and smooth down.
Place on a baking tray and put into the oven for 20 minutes until slightly brown on top.
Cool slightly on a cooling rack and then carefully,using a table knife , mark out some squares. Store in a tin and take one to work.
