Berry Trifle

Raspberry jam swiss roll, 500g Frozen berries, 500g Ready made low fat custard (chilled)and 300ml Whipped double cream or whipping cream.


1. Cut swiss roll approx 1cm slices and place 2 slices in a small foil.
2. Add a layer of the berries (approx 1 table spoon) and juice on top allow juice to soak through
3. Add a layer of custard to cover the trifle sponge and then a layer of cream on top
