Brie, Grape and Cranberry Jam Sandwich

10 Slices granary bread
300 gms Brie
125 gms Grapes – green/red seedless
2 tsps Cranberry jam
Butter or vegetarian spread
Quarter of a Lettuce


1. Wash and slice the grapes
2. Slice the brie
3. Butter the bread
4. Spread a thin layer of the cranberry jam on one side of the bread
5. Add a layer of brie, grapes and lettuce
6. Add second buttered slice and cut in half
