Tuna and black olive pasta salad

Red wine vinegar

Basil
Instructions
Combine the vinegar and olive oil. Whisk gently to emulsify.
Place the tomatoes, cucumber, spring onions, olives, basil, oregano, capers and tuna in a medium sized bowl.
Pour over pasta and dress with dressing.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Notes
For feta cheese version, substitute tuna with the cheese. Using 1 pack of 200g feta per two people.
