Raspberry jam swiss roll

Instructions
Cut swiss roll approx 1cm slices and place 2 slices in a small foil.
Add a layer of the berries (approx 1 table spoon) and juice on top allow juice to soak through
Add a layer of custard to cover the trifle sponge and then a layer of cream on top
