Ingredients

  • Raspberry jam swiss roll
  • 500 g Frozen berries
  • 500 g Ready made low fat custard chilled
  • 300 ml Whipped double cream or whipping cream

Instructions

  • Cut swiss roll approx 1cm slices and place 2 slices in a small foil.
  • Add a layer of the berries (approx 1 table spoon) and juice on top allow juice to soak through
  • Add a layer of custard to cover the trifle sponge and then a layer of cream on top
