Rhubarb

Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 190C/375H/Gas 5.
Put the chopped rhubarb, sugar and orange rind in an oven proof dish. Mix well and cover with tin foil. Do not add any additional liquid. Bake in the oven for 30
