Ornella Trinidade

Services Manager

Biography

Ornella is a Registered Associate Nutritionist who joined The Food Chain as a Dietetic Support Volunteer in February 2018. In 2020 she was such a key player in coordinating The Food Chain’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic that in July 2020 we brought her on board as a full time staff member in a role created specially for her.

As Services Manager, Ornella oversees the smooth running of our services. She implements the dietetic plans devised by the in-house Registered Dietitians by organising personalised grocery deliveries and providing nutritional advice. She also supervises our fantastic team of Dietetic Support Volunteers and is a valuable member of the Dietetic Team.

After working with our babies and their parents closely for over 6 years, Ornella now manages our Formula Milk service, ensuring parents across England have access to formula milk for their babies.
