METHOD
Step 1
Drain the oil from the can and place the fish in a bowl and use a fork to mash it up.
Step 2
Add in the cream cheese, lemon juice and black pepper.
Step 3
Roughly chop the parsley and add to the bowl.
Step 4
Mix all the ingredients up thoroughly with a spoon. Toast the bread, and chop off the crusts.
