Step 1Drain the oil from the can and place the fish in a bowl and use a fork to mash it up.
Step 2Add in the cream cheese, lemon juice and black pepper.
Step 3Roughly chop the parsley and add to the bowl.
Step 4Mix all the ingredients up thoroughly with a spoon. Toast the bread, and chop off the crusts.
