Apple & Cinnamon Muffins

Ingredients
115g butter
100 caster sugar
2 eggs
175g self raising flour
Method
Preheat oven to 190 C.
With an electric mixer cream the butter until soft. Add the sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.
Sift the flour and cocoa and fold into the butter mixture with the milk.
Put the mixture into muffin cases in a bun tin. Drop a cherry into the middle of each muffin.
